I would not recommend this opticians, the optician who saw my 7 year old daughter was very rude and abrupt and seemed in a rush and not professional at all. I don't have any confidence in the diagnosis that was given partly because the eye test was done very hastily and not at all child friendly. The optician seemed unwilling to explain the diagnosis properly. The glasses she has been prescribed seem on the large side and ill fitting. Please avoid and go elsewhere.

Top class experience, from start to finish, excellent staff polite and friendly. If you want your eye test done by a skilled optician come here, don't bother with the national chains who use fancy computer testing machines with untrained staff, they are no substitute for a good skilled human. Thank you Glasses arrived in two days and they are perfect, will be my go-to optician from now on.

I took my daughter for an eye test and could not believe the lack of professionalism shown by The optician ( C Limbert) He was very abrupt and hasty with his questioning and examination of my 7 year old daughter which for her first experience she was very upset and stressed. He did not even bother to explain the diagnosis or inform me when she needs to wear her glasses. He quickly rushed her to choose a small selection of glasses which later on we realised they were too big for her. After collecting the glasses I asked him when does she need to wear the glasses which he replied I wrote it on the prescription and that I wasnt listening at the eye test. I found this extremely unprofessional and a lack of duty of care and poor customer service. I believe he has no empathy and no competence. Please avoid and go to other opticians.
