        Very smooth experience. I particularly liked the informal but professional feel and service. The optical assist John and optician Azim were very friendly and approachable and I will 100% use Truesmiths again!

        Due to the temporary closure at their St Albans branch, the manager at the Bradford store went above and beyond to help with my enquiry. Even got my glasses posted to me the next day, Really appreciate your help and speedy service provided. Thank you

        Our Son is recovering from a very serious illness and was in need of a eye test and Oct scan.The Optometrist who did the test made him feel at ease and was very patient and kind to him.Great care and attention to detail was taken all throughout the test.I could not have asked for anything more. When the test was completed we then chose the frames. The gentleman member of staff who helped us was very thorough and gave us all the help and advice we needed. All throughout the test and choosing the frames and lenses we were never rushed. This was our first visit to this practice and to anyone reading this review you will be hard pressed to find anywhere better.
