        Sad because my mum is wanting to become a carer, an agency referred her here to start. The two main carers were very rude and not willing to teach my mum even though she did everything they asked. They then told the agency not to send her as she isn't experienced. You complain about being short staffed but when someone is wanting to get into this industry when they really care but you guys won't let them even gain experience.
