Its not a nice place as such,I can understand why they have codes on the doors & lifts,my mum was in here for 4 weeks,1 of the problems was she got board, the staff didnt take her out side,my brother came & took my mum out in the car & we also had a party for my mums 80th birthday in baildon, some of the staff here are ok,but they kept taking my mums stuff out of her bedroom or moving stuff around, which confused my mum,1 of the carers called leanne was very nice & friendly, shes a person you can go to for help & support,1 of the good things about this place is that you can visit at any times, accept meals times & you can ring up & talk to your loved one, May 19th, 2022

I did a few shifts here in the dementia ward. Really enjoyed working here. The colleagues were very friendly and helpful and clients were sweet aswell. Hope to work there once again in the future. Nov 27th, 2021

Well not said anything on here about my mum out of respect for her .. however Im now going to shout from the rooftops .. couple of months ago mum had a fall , fractured her arm ended up in hospital for few weeks.. developed pneumonia and very poorly and 4th sept I recd a call from the consultant saying theres nothing more they can do for her and they are going to send her to her community hospital on Monday with fast tracked end of life treatment ... Woodward Ct said no she can back here its her home and we will look after her .. and thats exactly what they have done .. they treat her with such respect and kindness she is clean and cared for. They have fed her pured food. Given her sips of water and nurtured her so much so that when I walked in yesterday she was sat in a chair having her nails painted ... I was amazed as a couple of weeks ago We would never have expected this ... todays arrival sees her happily snoozing after her busy day yesterday .. but I will take that no problem. Im not naive to think that her journey is over .. she looks frail and exhausted ... but we are on the right path and taking one day at a time .... and thats all we can ask ... really cant thank Woodward Ct enough ... theyre gold Nov 8th, 2020
