I had a horrible experience with Kids Planet- Eccleshill Branch. I applied for my daughter's admission into nursery towards the end of Sep-2022 under the free 15 hours scheme. Sabrina (the primary contact) told me that my daughter would be eligible for the Jan-2023 batch as the cut-off dates for approval from Bradford council for the Oct term have passed. However, she asked me to ring back in 2nd Week of Dec to ensure the check for authorisation from Bradford council is completed. I called twice during 2nd Week of Dec and was told that the checks were not yet completed, but I got assurance from Sabrina that the checks would be completed in time, and my daughter could join in Jan. When I called on 2- Jan, I was told that the check didn't happen in Dec, but it would be done by the next day, and I would receive a callback. I didn't get any call, and I called back on 3-Jan to get the status. I was told that the checks had returned OK and asked me to ring again on 4-Jan to schedule settling sessions. When I called, I was shocked that no checks were done, and Sabrina was rerunning the checks while I was on the phone! The checks came negative, and Sabrina asked me to reach out to Bradford Council to enquire. The Council replied that for the Jan term, the applications were to be made by Mid- December. Since time has now passed, I won't be able to admit my daughter this term. I have no words to explain the frustration and misery I am experiencing right now. My daughter missed out on her nursery, and my wife's plan to get a part-time job is also impossible. This is due to utter mismanagement at the Eccleshill Branch.

Fantastic nursery. I would definately recommend. He has had issues with his eating but has made such a huge improvement since coming here. He has even tried new foods. He is know longer as clingy and looks forward to coming to nursery every day even when he's not scheduled for nursery.
