Don't put your kids in here unless you want them neglected staff are so unprofessional and not flexible. Staff communication is poor and management is also poor. Private nurseries are supposed to be more accommodating and meet your needs look elsewhere save yourself the headache. Staff need to be trained up for better communication skills and professionalism. Feels like little kids running a nursery so that says it all !

Viewed the day nursery late Friday as I was looking for another place for my child. Was given a registration form to fill in if I decided to take the place. Having the weekend to consider the place, even though I was desatisfied with the minimum resources available I was given a very long conversation on how they cater for individual needs. Therefore first thing on Monday morning I withdrew my child from my previous provider and rang to accept there place and left my name and number with a staff member so the manager could Contact me back. No response back therefore rang on Tuesday afternoon to be told the place was taken and they deal on a first come first serve basis when I did ring first thing Monday morning. This has now lead me to no childcare. Dealing with this place has been totally unprofessional and waste of time

The staff here are excellent, the nursery has a really friendly atmosphere and the children seem happy. My daughter loves it here. They have a nice small enclosed play area. Security is good too. Overall a brilliant place to start your little ones off.
