AVOID. THEY DO NOT CLEAN YOUR PHONE OF DUST THEY JUST PUNCTURE HOLES IN ALL THE MESH GRILLS. Apple have now confirmed that my phone 12 is no longer water resistant due to the damage caused. Took my Apple iPhone 12 here to have the speakers , mic and charger port cleaned of the dust thats gathered over the last 18 months. Any professional would use a mixture of brushes, picks etc but he just used a set of metal long tweezers and has PUNCTURED holes in every mesh cover on my iPhone 12. When I told him hes damaged my iPhone he started shouting and saying how else do you expect me to clean the dust out?!? Any professional phone repair person would have actually cleaned the phone not just punctured holes in it. AMATEUR HOUR. NOW MY IPHONE 12 NEEDS REPLACING DUE TO NOT BEING WATER RESISTANT ANYMORE. Worst 20 Ive ever spent. **** MY RESPONSE TO AMS MEDIAS RESPONSE = I was stood there while you cleaned the mic, you didnt try any brush, liquid or anything you just got your tweezers and punctured the holes so dont pretend you did anything else. You also did not ask my permission before puncturing the holes which have damaged my phones water resistance. You clearly do this very regularly. You clearly do not actually clean anything. What you have done is the same as a window cleaner coming to your house and instead of cleaning your glass just smashing the windows; youd be able to see through them but you wouldnt be happy

Best in the business , charged me half the price of what other companies quotes , friendly , polite was in and out in 10 minutes , also gave me a free screen protector to be on my way with , couldnt recommend enough !!!!
