        My daughter bought a pair of 30 earphones last week she can't even use them because only 1 works they have refused to give a refund. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with Symbian technology the goods described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. As you are in breach of contract and I've owned the product less than 6 years ago, I am within my statutory rights to ask for it to be replaced or refunded

        Sold me a phone that doesnt work. (Mic of all issues, so a phone that cant make calls) When Ive managed to get the time to take it back theyve accused me of breaking it and refused to refund me or fix the item, instead saying theyd send it off to prove Ive water damaged it? I can only assume this is why they do not take card and instead only accept cash payments, because they know banks will side with the consumer when they are being scammed!
