If you need any medical advice then dont bother going here!! Firstly I waited for the pharmacy to open after the lunch break 1.30pm, we waited and they opened at 1.40pm. I then asked the assistant very kindly to speak to the pharmacist regarding my 5 year old. The pharmacist who I can see and can hear me told the assistant to ask me what is the matter, I then explained and she went back and repeated to the pharmacist who was listening as she answered with give her some ibrophen and then turned the other way. I then went to a different pharmacy and they advised my daughter has an infection and needs treating!! This is disgusting I know they are not doctors but if one pharmacist can advise me then why couldnt the one in boots. I know its a small pharmacy but BOOTS needs to look into the opening and closing time and the staff.
