I bought my Mini Cooper from JCT600 today and must say I was over moon at how easy the process was I was dreading the process after loosing my husband last year who alway dealt with the purchasing of cars. The young man Mark Cruse made the process so easy. He sent me a personal video and once id approved the car he helped me with the payment and even stayed on the phone and talked me through the taxing of the vehicle What a service I am so happy, it was so easy He also arranged the delivery and a very nice chap named David delivered it. Dave spent time setting my phone up and explaining all the car features and didn't leave until i was happy with everything They made what i was expecting to be a nightmare into a very pleasant experience Thank you so much I wont going anywhere else to buy my cars

So pleased with the friendly & professional service I received from Qassim at JCT600 during the purchase of my BMW. He went above and beyond what I would expect, from sending me comprehensive videos of the vehicle to checking up if everything is going well post purchase. The detailed car knowledge of this guy is insane, he is like a user manual for cars. Really knows his stuff! He was even willing to come in on his day off to hand over the car although I refused his offer out of courtesy. Highly recommend these guys for great customer service, nice atmosphere, no pushy sales people and very high spec cars!

Bought my first EV from JCT600. Excellent service from start to finish. A very knowledgeable Imran was great. Showed me everything I needed to know. Would certainly recommend this dealership. Thanks.

Great experience excellent customer service kept me informed step by step from start to finish also sent me video of my car while getting checked would recommend to evreyone keep up the good work
