Very unprofessional business! Had a viewing booked to view a property to rent. Rang on the day to confirm the viewing and they said they would be attending. I had left work early to view the house. A woman called me from the office only half an hour before the appointment to say the collegue who was supposed to show us the house hadnt been in at work today so theyd have to rearrange . Why would they confirm in the first place if they already knew the collegue is not at work? I said i need a property asap and they said they would call back to arrange another viewing within the next days. However an hour later i seen on the website that the let had been agreed for the property which i was going to view. instead of lying to me they should have told me that someone else has taken the property so i dont waste my time waiting on their call back.They are a complete waste of time. do not trust them!!!!!!
