Andy was extremely helpful with our hunt on a new carpet. He was very patient with us as I am quite picky in deciding. Andy was able to give us amazing advice on what would be best for us and stopped us from making silly mistakes, would highly recommend this place!! Very reasonably priced and outstanding service! Will never go anywhere else :)

Andy is one of a kind, he is helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant. His advice is honest and thorough, I stated what I wanted and he happily went through options with pros and cons. Often suggesting cheaper alternative products which to me is a sign of a good salesman. Works extremely hard and is a fantastic example of a strong locally run business. Really good experience. Andrew was very helpful in finding us the right carpet. He came out to measure and the carpet was ordered. Unfortunately there was an issue on agreed day of fitting as there was no carpet. But Andrew sorted this quickly, which was fantastic. We will be using them again. And I have already recommended them to family. The carpet fitter was also really good and quick.

Absolutely love my new carpet, perfectly fitted in every room. It was fitted in the specified time and the fitters were polite.
