Rubbish services wouldn't recommend to anyone to live in this hostel amanda is horrible and intimidating doesn't know how to handle situations cruel and nasty staff at Blenheim palace dirty womens hostels with mice very unclean women fight each other slap one another nothing gets done about it gets brushed under the carpet poor quality staff smelly place needs shutting down, women need to keep them self to themselves other wise you will get bullied by nasty scarey tennants all with mental health issues bullying women in there anwar and Val are lovely always respect you but Amanda scarey

Dreadful Ive never seen a tenant who has been helped to move on to better accommodation or any kind of further opportunity. I look online and cannot believe how much the council pay for me to 600 per month to live here. the six ROOMS pay 360 a month on top for amenities( I don't have a TV, microwave even a chair in my room!) on top of that I'm on JSA facing 800 court and bailiff costs for not paying council tax(I know I should but I did not understand it). no lights in shower or toilets been complain about numourous times five ppl share a shower, thankfully drug addicts have took all there universal credit and the rent and bunked so tenants after 1.5years are much more decent. I feel more threatened than supported even though I am doing well helping myself although I expected support even minimal would be of been helpful... One last thing for now the TV licensing keep sending me threats saying your residency does not have a license although I was told staff paid that kind off thing. I love the area and community just with "three housing officers" and no care workers only if we miss amenities we hear from Bradford Riverside.

One of my friend had rented a flat from this agency. The staff are very polite and lovely, they respect you and listen to you and are so cooperative. Unfortunately their is no master room available and you have to use share bathroom and toilet. Kitchen is inside your room. The 3 cellphone is not working properly in this building.

Discussing place 140 a week plus service charge. Infested with mice, insects. The most common people around drug adicts acholics staff I found to be strange I. E asking me for cigarettes etc. I left after 3 months.
