Pink elephant have been brilliant! Both Mo and Nav have helped me so much, from the first day I instructed them to manage my properties. Took care of everything and most importantly took a massive weight and stress off my shoulders. They have been very professional and I recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent! I had a very difficult tenant and when they took over they managed the transition and found me a brilliant new tenant. Very good with communication and keeping me in the loop. 5* all round

Unreservedly recommended. Mine was a complex issue that required the support of 2 sperate professional organisations but I was beyond impressed when Mohamed delt with all of it.

Terrible service book viewing at 2.15 pm then reached there before 2 pm then from onward waited almost 20 minutes no one turned up then I kept calling the office but they have no answer that guy they hired from Pakistan he even no awanser cz that guy who mean to turn up there he was keep lie after over 2 hours wait and guy from Pakistan phone operator said they will arrange your viewing tomorrow to they will contact you. Then the next morning I received a call from then said ohh we already gave this house to someone and we are not talking about viewing any more ? That was something I did not like to hear that if you guys already gave someone that day why waste my also 3 hours that day I leave my 2 week old baby at home I called my brother that day to take me to view that property but they waste my and my brother time even he need to go buy stuff for his Takeaway that day they are rubbish service never trust them please if Google have zero Star they not even deserve that 0 star please don't trust them .
