        Since joining Capstone Foster Care Group in June I have been so incredibly impressed by the commitment, determination and passion of the staff and foster carers. Having worked in the independent fostering sector for over 24 years, working for one IFA for 20 years I made the decision to join Capstone and I've not looked back! We are so fortunate to have so many skills, expertise and specialist experience within our staff team - it really is evident the impact this has on the children and young people placed in Capstone. I particularly value our MATTS service which is a bespoke therapeutic service and many of our children benefit from this. I am thrilled to be part of this great organisation and would highly recommend Capstone to anyone looking to foster or work for an IFA
