Our father was a resident at this care home for a 2 week respite period. After careful consideration this care home was chosen following a presentation and reassurances from the care home manager that the facility would be suitable for our father's needs as he was palliative and end of life. To cut a long story short, following his stay at this facility which was not without many issues and following an ambulance having to be called by us his family and not the care provider our father sadly passed away several days later. In the families experience the care shown to our father was lacking and he did not receive the care and attention he deserved. Ultimately in our opinion this contributed to his premature death. Would we recommend this facility - definitely not.
