We had our roof fixed by these guys. The name of the person we would contact to fix our roof is called Wayne. He did our whole roof and gave us a warranty of 10 years. A year later we had a leak in our roof which was going directly into a light bulb. This is extremely dangerous as we had turned the light off but the light was still on. We called him asking when he would be next available to repair it because he gave us a warranty of 10 years and he said he would come in 2 days at 9 in the morning. We cancelled a doctors appointment for this and he didn't come. We called him several times and he would not pick up and the call would go straight to voice mail. We also left him messages but he doesn't respond. We had a relative call him on their number and he answered straight away but when we would call him he would not pick up. Our relative spoke to him and he said that he forgot and that he would come on that same day later but he never came. We have been calling him again because we have not been able to use the light as it is dangerous and the leak could become worst. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY 'FIX' YOUR ROOF BUT WHEN YOU LATER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT WHEN IT IS IN THE WARRANTY, THEY PURPOSELY DO NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS OR CALL YOU BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEM!
