Fix Auto Bradford South

Absolutely abysmal DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!! My friend had a car in for damage assessment and they have had the car for 2 weeks and then have the audacity to tell him he has to pay to have it returned or collect from keighley even though the car was supposed to go to the leeds branch initially. The insurance company informed him the car would be dropped back off to his home and this garage "fix auto tf smiths" would return on the 17th april 23 and without any form of communication from them and it took for me to chase them around 2pm for them to say "we cant deliver it today" even though its been booked in and paid for. Avoid this company at all costs. Wasted my whole day waiting only for this to happen. Ill be taking this further

We had a breakdown yesterday, and my car was not a roadside fix, the RAC use this company as a trusted partner for there recovery. There Driver Julian was with us promptly, and was an absolute gentleman, and professional. Through our hour and 30 minutes recovery, he drove professionally, gave u boiled sweets, and kept us laughing, in his immaculately clean recovery truck. If the rest of this companies staff are as good, and professional as our recovery driver Julian, I wouldn't hesitate in Recommending them. Credit to the company and RAC for using them as partner. Repair to front end of our dacia duster done really good and paint match spot on however the bonnet edge and the wing edges have over lacquer and tape marks also I had to fully clean the car as it was dirty even bird dropping on top even the new head lights fitted were not even adjusted correctly as i had to adjust them and the office staff not helpful in any way but the body shop man who brought the car back was nice and pleasant to me they get the job done and straight out just a bit more manners and Care to make the cars clean would have made me go more on the stars .
