Just collected our Lexus from Ian at Halfords Autocentre, Bradford. The car was booked in for 2 new rear tyres, balancing and 4WD tracking. Ian and the team sorted everything out for us in record time and made the whole experience such a pleasure. Ian and the staff are wonderful. They are polite, helpful and happy. You just can't ask for more these days. Ian, well done and thank you and your team are brilliant, a real credit to yourself and to Halfords. I booked & paid in advance for a dpf deep clean, but when I got there they said they no longer do it. So why wasn't it cancelled. The live tracking information said it was still booked in. Terrible experience.
