Omg what a bunch of cowboys the bed arrived nothing like the picture. Head board was not what I ordered but was called a liar also it was broken and couldn't fixed it to the bed and the wooden bits were also damaged. Foot plate was missing at the bottom of the bed The base as now broken. They still refuse to help or replace the bed and said I will have to pay extra They think it is acceptable to rip customer s off Not happy

It was easy to use the website and I selected a 2 Drawer Double Divan Base with a Cushion Top Mattress. I received a confirmation email from bedmattressstore.co.uk saying I would be contacted by their chosen delivery company Panther Logistics who phoned me after a few days and gave me a delivery date a week ahead. The delivery by Panther was fantastic - they gave tracking information, phoned just before they arrived, delivered the bed to the room of my choice, built it and removed the packaging. The bed itself is very comfortable so I am very happy with my purchase. So long as you are not in a great rush this is a great place to buy a bed

I ordered a Mattress with Bed Mattress Store a few months ago. Transaction was flawless but when it was delivered it had some type of oil stain on the corner that covered about 4-5inches. I informed them and they said they would send a new mattress and collect the old one. I heard nothing for weeks then late at night I got a email informing me collection was the next morning. There wasn't enough notice as I'm disabled and now the hospitals are seeing patients face to face I had to attend my appt. I informed them and let them know my disappointment. Then I didn't hear anything for weeks, they contacted me again late at night saying collection was the next day. We went back and forth like this for a long time. This week 11thOct 20, I was told the courier would collect Friday/Sat or Monday. Brilliant I thought at least some notice. I informed them I was not in on the Sat. The same day I had my email from Bed Mattress store I received a call from the driver for the courier company to inform me he was 10 mins from my house! I had to miss my GP appt as I was about to leave my house. They arrived on the Wed! The communication was poor,incompetent and disappointing. Not once was I offered compensation or a apology! What should have been a seamless transaction became extremely stressful.
