        I ordered items that I cancelled before they arrived to my address. When they arrived I was advised that I now had to pay for the return as they refuse to cover any return costs. They wont email you directly- they make you go through another platform and if you dont have a login for that platform you never receive the messages. Its just been one issue after another, Im still waiting on an item to arrive now! I will not be returning and I strongly advise everyone else to think twice before you order from them also.

        Small delivery hiccups but really outstanding customer service to find our parcels, keep us updated with tracking numbers and even sending to new postcode.. really cannot fault and really lovely chest of drawers for great price thankyou!

        I ordered a 2 seated dining table it came with no instructions and was more like a kids dining table...when I emailed them customer service were no help whatsoever...very dissatisfied!!
