Although they advertise as breakfast included in all hotel sites, breakfast not provided as promised. Totally misleading description. Out of 7 days stay, I got room service only once and that too after constant requests. And no change of towels as well till checking out. Usually there is no one at reception and looks like they come only at the time of someone checking in. So if you need any help you have to call the mobile no, but no one answer the call despite calling repeatedly. A day before last night of our stay, they asked us to check out and shift to a nearby hotel across street as they wanted to accommodate another guest. Had an ordeal for almost 2 hours. Very poor management. Someone in the hotel said that a new management has taken over recently and since then service has only become worse. Good reviews are probably older ones
