WarmFloors Underfloor Heating

Honest, Efficient, Easy three words written on the side of Russells van. He missed one off Integrity. We had been having issues with our underfloor heating and hadnt needed the services of a heating engineer for it before. You hear horror stories of tradesmen you pick of the internet, but there was something about the reviews about Warmfloors and Russell that made me chose him. My instincts proved right and right from first contact to the point we shook hands after the job was complete Russell was a pleasure to deal with. His integrity was beyond reproach, we were convinced we needed the whole system replacing and initially informed him off this. He gave us ball park figure for the job but insisted he come out and take a look rather than just come and do the job. In the end all it turned out to be was some valves. We also decided to upgrade the thermostats. When he came back the work was carried quickly and efficiently. Russ even sorted an issue we had with the radiators at no extra charge. By the way Russell is from Bradford and we are in York, this didnt matter to him. I will certainly use Russell again should the need arise. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Warm Floors. I live down south and was having issues with underfloor heating. Pressure dropped every 10 mins. I follow warm floors account on insta and saw how professional they were in completing jobs. Even tho they didn't cover london area they were so helpful with my problem and recommended me a company down south that would be able to help. They even offered me support over the phone. After been conned buy another company I really trusted the advice and recommendation. Just shows how passionate they are in helping people and how dedicated they are as a company. Couldn't be more thankful for the support and recommendation from warm floors. Leak found and job sorted thanks to warm floors recommendation.
