        Bought some digital weighing scales on opening box when we got home they had been used no battery in and a big dirty footprint on them on returning the item to shop next day the sales assistant didnt appear to care at all no apology was given and was told we could get another on doing so we wanted to check and see if the new item was ok but were told we couldnt open the box in store and had to do it outside !!! The woman just didnt seem to care!! Hence we will never go back to this store again !! Lack of customer service i was furious!!!
