I'm a landlord. Gave them to fully manage my property. Initially when I got in touch with them they promised me they will inspect property monthly and will provide documentary and photographic evidence - unlike other agents. Have not received any inspection report from them. They didn't carry out proper checks on prospective tenants or seeked references. The tenants been trouble from day one. (Both times.) They deliberately and maliciously damaged the property. Time after time. Pulled stone garden walls and sold stones off. Move up didn't take any action against them. Not paid their rent for over a year. Outstanding arrears are thousands of pounds. Move up lettings have not been able to either bring the arrears update or evict the tenants. They won't answer your phone calls, text massages or emails - when you need them. Had been served twice with legal notices by environment enforcement officer as tenants filled the gardens with rubbish. AND served twice with environment health and safety officer with long list of works to be carried out. At move up lettings no one accepts responsibility. They don't have any complaints procedure. (If they do they didn't give it to me despite numerous requests). They put the tenants two times in my property. Both times the rent wasn't paid, or paid in installments, and not when it was due. Both times I've had very bad experience with the tenants and move up lettings. I wouldn't recommend them at all. My advice stay clear of them.
