Morrisons Party Zone

I was most disappointed to arrive at Morrisons to collect pre paid helium balloons for a special birthday to find no staff on duty in the party sector and a sign sayingrun out of helium.I spoke to a member of staff called Carmel and asked to speak to a manager as a matter of urgency.The manager initially said there was nothing he could do and then said he could ring round to find a store which might have helium for then me to travel to collect elsewhere,this was most unsatisfactory as I had my whole day mapped out to prepare for special day.Carmel was extremely helpful and said she would collect and bring to my local store for collection.So although Morrisons party sector failed to deliver,Carmel saved the day

After spending about 20 minutes in the party shop looking at baloons and 2 staff members watching me pick them out I was told by another staff member that they had run out of helium
