        Havent received an order and they are flat out refusing to get back to me Ive sent many emails and Im just being ignored just be careful if you dont receive your order because they will not reply to you if you lose it. Im sorry to write this as Ive ordered from munchterm a lot before but they just refuse to even acknowledge me. The worst customer service Ive dealt with

        honestly i cant describe how perfect they are, easy simple well orginised website and easy to contact staff especially on instagram, would strongly suggest this place to be your supplier as it has EVERYTHING you need and more

        I payed for my products on April 13th and still not received my order customer service is absolutely shocking we'll send it out that's all I was hearing but now They are ignoring me I used this head shop because I'm Deserved and cannot get out anywhere In my opinion They are an absolute joke I want my I want my package oh my money back how hard can it be! but my items are the Munchterps Which are out of Stock funny that innit
