Amazing customer service, cost-effective and friendly staff I have been there twice and on both accounts I have been well taken care of! On Friday 21st April I went to Tyre Central to swap my front wheel winter tyres to summer ones. Unfortunately the summer tyres I brought were not in the best condition so I agreed to purchase used tyres from Tyre Central for 30 each. After 10 minutes of waiting TC employee brought my winter tyres (put them in the boot) together with already fitted to the rims 2 other tyres which looked to me like winter tyres as well. He straight away assured me they were definitely, 100% all season tyres (not winter). Then he confirmed that still 3 times In that case I agreed to get them fitted to my car, I paid 60 and left but still wasn't convinced and decided to check them on the internet. 'Michelin Alpin3' fitted to my car as all season tyres turned out to be 'proper' winter tyres. So I drove back to TC and asked them to swap them to summer tyres. They started ignoring me serving customers who came after me. After 20 minutes of waiting I complained but they said in very rude and hostile way that I saw what I was buying. As I insisted they agreed to do it but for 10 extra. I have never experienced anything like that before. How can you trust them if after you decide to pay them for servicing your car they in order to make a few extra quid don't care that they put your life at risk as winter tyres lose grip above 8*C (degrees C)? It may be the case with everything- not just tyres.AVOID
