Lovely independent travel agent thats at hand 24hrs. The team is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have used flight booking as well as the package holidays. Process is always seamless with exceptional service standards.Have just returned from a holiday abroad and want to say massive thank you for supporting with pretravel covid advice and ensuring everything was in place. You made the whole process very easy for us. Would highly recommend.

Never easy booking holidays at my age when I'm not very Internet savvy. The service offered face to face and over the phone is outstanding. Adeel is always a pleasure to speak to. I have booked with him for approximately 10years and there has been no looking back. If you want the best service and outstanding standards then I would choose Global Travel.

I have booked over 10 holidays from The global travel shop. I also annually book my Umrah pilgrimage in Ramadan from the global travel shop. Always outstanding customer service from Adeel and Adnan. Have recommended all my family and friends to use them. Keep up the great work guys

Went to Edinburgh a couple of weeks ago stayed at the Britannia Hotel it was the most terrible experience I've ever had in my entire life of travelling the hotel was dirty centralised food was terrible evening meals the food run out it was all slop waitress clearing tables morning breakfast let her hair down it comes to her waist coffee machine didn't work stuff with rude badly trained police was there three times I will never go to Edinburgh with Global again as long as they use in this hotel had a evening meal only once went out the other two couldn't face the slots again I have trouble with Global many times that this experience as list of objects in my mouth one star was over generous
