        Effective. Communication timely. After reaching out, Stephen White Books replied saying they had the early hardcover I was searching for. The book cost a fair bit. The book showed its age but was properly intact. It was a successful transaction.

        I purchased a second-hand paperback book that was described by the seller as being in ''fair'' condition, and the actual condition was in my opinion ''unsaleable.'' I paid the best part of 20 for this book, and was so disappointed at the condition when it arrived. The front and back covers were quite mangled, and barely attached to the book itself, and the inside pages were of a nature that I wouldn't like to touch them. 20 WASTED!!
