I have had the pleasure of working for the group and found the management fair and flexible to employee needs. The workplace is a mix of cultural and corporate values. The group has a reputation to support the destitute and vulnerable individuals of our society. Furthermore, The group has contributed immensely towards the economy and building of society in Yorkshire as it has provided opportunities to several apprentices and individuals from humble backgrounds to integrate into the society. I believe the group is progressive and philanthropic in nature as it gives everyone a chance to succeed in life without discrimination, whether it is a struggling tenant or a member of the team. In the last but not the least I would say the groups corporate vision and goals are in line with the need of the 21st century as a company it takes corporate social responsibility seriously and aim to achieve zero carbon emissions in the near future. By looking into sustainable building models which have the least environmental impact and also working towards plant a tree campaign in countries that are most affected by climate change. We believe in giving back to the society and aim to continue doing so in the future.
