This is a great place to go for physio treatment. I was having pain in an arm and particularly shoulder, making simple tasks like putting a coat on difficult and disturbing sleep. David Carter diagnosed a frozen shoulder, and with manipulation and exercises at home, improvement began It was slow, but no slower that predicted by David, who had given me a full and clear description of the stages of the treatment: these things take time. As the shoulder loosened, it became clear to David that some nerve restriction and pain was there with weakness in the forearm to,. This had probably resulted from surgery to the arm a few years previously. Additional manipulation and more exercises followed: exercises are so important - physios can do little for people who don't follow their advice. I became discouraged at points, but David was always encouraging in his calm and positive way and after some months' work, there was a almost a sea-change in the condition, with the shoulder freed and movement almost back to normal. I was discharged with exercises to keep things moving, and a promise of a review in a couple of months and further treatment if necessary, but I am confident that following David's advice, all will be well.

I have made use of C Physio during two periods - both in relation to sports injuries. On both occasions the greatly skilled professionals fixed me up well. On the first occasion it was for a few sessions over a few weeks, but during the last one it was over several months. Apart from applying their knowledge to bring me pain relief and getting me to function well again, they also educated me through their informal conversations regarding my body and use of muscles etc. - I loved this. A big shout out and thanks to both Lorna and David! You guys are wonderful. Thank you

I have just completed treatment for back pain. This was the fourth time I have used C-Physio for different injuries. All the physios have provided effective treatment in the clinic and a clear home exercise programme which produced speedy results.
