Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Residents are wonderful and welcoming too. Food was excellent with full choice of nutritious menu with all tastes and diets catered for. Anchor took over hanover last year food below standard and cheap. Dietary requirements not adhered to. Unless you create a real fuss and are talked about as the problem.Poor choice of menu vegetarian menu is vegetables only! Minced meat tastes of liver! Cheap! fish cakes pre bought and taste awful. All menus lack seasonings.noone tastes the meals provided. Test meals are tip top. So no quality testing at weekends. Portions are not controlled and recipes seldom adhered to caterplus have staff who dont care what they serve or how their attitudutes affect service users who need extracare. The stand in Jo follows recipes as laid down and produces good food.

This place is fantastic. They can't do enough for my uncle. The staff are patient and very kind and the meals look delicious!

Excellent accommodation for the elderly. Beautyfully decorated and furnished with staff on hand to assist.
