I am more than dissatisfied with the service I have received. I ordered hair on finance last June, then when I sent my hair colour and type of hair I had problems then with them not being able to find proof of my finance. A month or so later they had supposedly sent the hair through Royal Mail, never received anything. It was then supposedly sent again, still never received anything. The amount of times I had to contact Arkitect Hair Extensions about the issue and didnt receive replies back until I contacted the finance company. I was told so many different things like the hair had been sent to my local depot, it was lost between depots, things just didnt make sense and were contradictory. After a while it was agreed I would received a refund for the hair. Then the day before the refund was due to credit my account, they sent more hair out, to my old house, and then cancelled the refund. They said I had now received the hair so I was no longer eligible for the refund. Nearly a year later from the finance been started I received the hair, after already been agreed a refund. I no longer want the hair I wanted it last year, but they have point blank refused me a refund and the way they have spoken to me is disgusting too, I am a customer but have been spoken to and treat in the most unprofessional manner. I will never order hair from this company again, and will be finding a new supplier for my customers as I would not want this to happen to anyone else. Having hair extensions is a luxury that many people save up for so when you order something that expensive, you expect to get it when your supposed to. There were so many other issues & lies from the company that I could write about, but theres just too much to write.

I have been doing hair for over 20 years and when you think you know it all, God sent an innovative, knowledgeable and creative visionary my way. Mel is awesome at what she does and the training you receive at Arkitect Hair Extension Academy is superior and ongoing. This academy has opened up opportunities one could only dream of. One as an instructor and the other as owner of Arkitect Hair Extension Academy Atlanta.
