I had purchased items which I was really happy with at the time ...but when I went to iron them after a few weeks as my daughter was seriously poorly in hospital there was a difference in colour off white instead if white ...... i decided to ring the shop in Bradford but no answer over 10 times...so I travelled out of town to try and politely sort out this issue..... On arrival I felt very intimated as the cashier was very unfriendly but said after alot of persuasion I couid exchange ..... I checked all the trousers they were all off white so decided on different outfits which where double the value of what I had bought originally .... When I got to the till we realised the receipt was not in the bag .... I checked my bag and then assumed I'd purchased on my card but hadn't it was cash payment. ....I waited 1 hour in a busy shop for her to get permission from her manager to exchange the outfit without a receipt ....considering there was no damage to the items tags still on original bags ......she was very blunt and did not try to persuade the manager in any way or form or even ask if I couid talk to them.....then put the phone down and handed back my bags and said no sorry ......I was extremely embarrassed as everyone was watching us as if we had stolen the items like we were criminals.....as a family we had gone through a great deal over the last few weeks and my daughter being special needs refused to wear the clothes so we gave them away to a family friend. ...as genuine customers who do not shop anywhere else I was very upset and angry nor will any of my family or friends will not be purchasing again from yourself in the future .....staff training is highly recommended as your stock is of extremely great standard but no exceptions for genuine customers was taken into consideration especially the fact I came so far out due to the issue there was no phone answered on 10 occasion after leaving messages which couid have been dealt with without any face to face embarrassment ....very dissatisfied customer!!!!! I'mnot expecting an reply on my review as it's only the good reviews that are taken note of as I've noticed on others !!!

We bought all 6 bridesmaids outfits for my wedding from Motifz, such a good price for heavy bridesmaid wear and there was a large range of colours and sizes. The customer service was brilliant. Can not recommend them enough!
