Just purchased my new A3 from Bradford Audi this week. Dealt with Rebecca and Victoria who were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Kept me up to date with the process and a very easy handover.

Fantastic bodyshop department and brilliant dealership as a whole. Credit to Rob and his team. Car repairs were done to an exceptional standard. Prompt and professional service, was kept up to date on progress, warmly welcomed with tea and biscuits on collection of the car too. Could not fault it. Would highly recommend dealing with them again

DESERVES 0 stars.. The worst customer service ever. Joe is a liar and Emma is a manager thats covers the lies up. If you want a stress free life:AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Do not trust what they say, or the work they have carried out as Ive come to find it its all lies. Charged me over 3k for work that was unnecessary and was not even carried out. My car got called for a recall and its been one lie after another. DO NOT TRUST THE PEOPLE. Thiefs, liars and full of crooks. No point contacting Audi centre as they both conspire and work with each other to ignore and manipulate customers. 8 weeks on and Im still waiting for my call back from JOE and EMMA. Absolute joke. Taking advantage of people! All they care bout is meeting targets and getting as much money out of customers as possible.
