Had a boiler installed approximately seven years ago, by NEGAS, the engineers have on the whole been ok when completing the annual service. (Paid for annual plan) However, dealing with the owner (Paul) is a whole different ball game. Over the phone he is rude, obnoxious and VERY unprofessional. After another awful experience over the phone today I cancelled my policy via email. In response to my email I received another call and yet again I received the same level of unacceptable, unprofessional behaviour. If you end up speaking with the owner be AWARE he lacks the normal expected customer service skills.!! Service: Heating system maintenance
