Customer service is first class and the engineers are very experienced and also go the extra mile. They installed our boiler 10 years ago which they also service and is still absolutely fine. But recently we had a problem with an 'unusual' gas fire installed by others that wasn't working, not only did their engineer Paul manage a temporary repair to allow us to keep using the fire but the office then chased the manufacturer for us to help get the spare part. Absolutely delighted with the new boiler and need to state how brilliant the installation team of Alex, Ethan and Callum were in ensuring they thoroughly sheeted up, kept everywhere tidy and removed all of the waste. They did a great job, even going the extra mile to resolve pre-existing issues and provided clear advice and guidance on the new system....all with huge smiles on their faces throughout.
