Hollyns Health & Wellbeing - Clayton

Hollyns health Clayton is by far the worst doctors surgery I have ever been a patient of. The reception staff are uncaring and obviously very poorly trained. I was in a queue behind a lady who was protesting that she was unable to get an appointment with a doctor, she had been diagnosed with a tumour in her ear, and the lady on reception said if youre unhappy with the service we provide then there are plenty of other doctors surgeries available. Im moving away from Clayton soon, thankfully, so Ill be switching care providers. God help you if youre diabetic, which I am, because the correct procedural care is literally non existent. If you have ANY other options I would urge you to take them because this place is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Worst of all, they know it but they just do not seem to care.

Near impossible to get an appointment, unhelpful staff on the telephone. Given directions for booking appointments by Doctors that are then not followed up on. Looking for a new surgery

Had an appointment at the surgery pre-booked. Made me wait 40 mins to be seen by a doctor. Disgraceful wait time others also frustrated waiting to be seen. Terrible service, this surgery needs to make serious changes and cant use COVID as an excuse anymore. Surprised they havent been struck off the amount of complaints they must be getting.

Its a good doctors but can't get a appointment and for those that work appointments should be made available i haven't seen my doctor since covid and now i am suffering with my knee
