I was a tennant for 13years then the landlord decided to sell the property so I had to move out which was no problem except they treated me so poor looking for excuses not to pay my bond back making life hard and generally been rude and arrogant the staff at patchetts were excellent but the landlord who owned my property needs to learn how to treat tennents and if the landlord was so desperate for money I would have let him keep the bond
