My partner is asthmatic and her last inhaler had run out. The surgery is aware she is an asthmatic and refused help her. Your reception staff were so rude on the phone, they reduced this mother of 2 to tears. She requested an emergency prescription but was told it wasn't their problem and she should just go to hospital? I thought the whole point of the surgery's existence was to help people not pass it on. Sort it out.

My dad had an appointment yesterday, he believes the GP was a locum. Dad is elderly and has very poor health. Apparently, during the consultation, the doctor said, "well that was a funny 10 minutes". Dad said he dare not ask about something else that was bothering him. I do realise realise how difficult things are for the NHS, but locums get paid a fortune and should never speak to their patients in this way (regardless of how much they earn!)
