        Update: I had a bad experience and shared my review. The H. Samuel team reached out to resolve the issue. The store manager contacted me who was understanding and helpful. I respect the steps taken to rectify the situation. Original review - Visited store on 01/05/23 Poor and unprofessional service. When I asked for assistance I was dismissed while new customers who walked in were being served. I would not recommend this branch. Other reviews have also stated bad service. I visited to buy a G shock watch. I already knew which one I wanted. I asked the female member of staff who was there for help. She looked annoyed. She told me she will be with me in 2 minutes as she is serving a customer. This was completely understandable and I was happy to wait. As soon as she said that, to my surprise, she began helping new customers who just walked in the store despite being able to see me waiting. She did not inform them that she was serving another customer and was happy to help them immediately. Very unprofessional as she made it clear she chose not to help me.
