AVOID - FAULTY PRODUCTS NO REFUND Very disappointed with Sonic Direct. Purchased a 70 inch Samsung TV in November 2020, after 70 days the screen had to be replaced, now, just 2.5 years later the screen has gone again and both Samsung and Sonic Direct are refusing to repair or replace. A TV costing 749.99 should not be breaking after just 2.5 years. Despite offering to accept a cheaper alternative TV or a reduced sum for a refund Sonic Direct have refused and now I am having to go through a small claims court for a resolution. Would not recommend.

This company is fantastic. Not only was my Miele vacuum cleaner 40 cheaper than everywhere else, it was delivered - free - 24hrs after I ordered it (a very easy process too). Now that's what I call service.

Minus would be the rating for the online order service. Ordered a cooker over a week ago, due for delivery in 2 days and phoned to say there was a problem with the payment address not matching the billing because I bought it for my son. The payment was taken immediately and will now take 2-3 days to refund. In order to still get the cooker we had to find another 350 to pay in the shop and then have paid twice. We cancelled the order and went to a Currys where we got a better cooker and cheaper. The only good thing was that in store they were almost as annoyed with the online service as we were, but that doesn't change anything as they lost a 350 order and another customer.
