        What a services you talking about from this layer? I've been given my case to him since before corona period and he hasn't done anything to my case then I tried to contact him recently no respond went to office nobody there then he blocked me from calling his phone. Is that a service for clients? Why you can't face me and tell me straight away you can't do nothing to my case.

        Poor customer service. My leave to remain family application has got approved last year but since then no contact with Home office of Ghafoors immigration service. Not answering any calls or text messages . No replies back. I am unable to contact home office as the application details are with solicitor. I fell stranded and very upset. Cant travel abroad due to no BRP. I have been calling daily and no answer
