Hi my mother is currently at sunningdale the staff are 100 percent loving caring and very helpful towards my mother and her close family. My mother's needs are very complex and she requires special care day in and out and the staff always give the highest amount of support they can, I have previously worked in a private care home and the care that my mother receives is outstanding compared to other homes I have ibeen in and worked within Alison is amazing always finds time to support family members and residents manjinder is very lovely and phones me on her own time to let me know my mother had a fall which I was very grateful for Julia always puts a smile on my mother's face no matter what I've never had a problem with any staff members there but these 3 staff members have really supported myself and my mother, Anna the activities coordinator always goes above and beyond to make sure my mum has a full filled day and regulary paints her nails and helps her I would highly recommend sunnibgdale to anyone who wants there loved ones to be well and truly looked after
