Lovely genuine staff, lovely ppl there aswel met some characters on my visit there deffo. Helpful an kind. cleanliness is impeckable frm the domestics team an they always help wi any problems or even hav a quick chat to make u feel welcome. Outstanding contribution to society an very welcoming and safe.

My mum had to go into emergency respite at Backfield. It is a lovely care home very relaxing atmosphere & very friendly staff who keep you updated on how your relatives are doing. If it wasn't an emergency I wouldn't of chose Backfield only as it wasn't close to our home but now that my mum has stayed here and the care given was brilliant I would be happy for my mum to stay here again it would be mine & my families first choice now. Visitors were made very welcome & looked after too. Thankyou so much everyone Jue & family of Rosemary B x

Fantastic staff. Was really happy there. Their care is second to none, could not have recovered without them
