        I ordered a paid of DM work boots, obviously for work. Customer service from the word go was top notch. Hats off to a true gentlemen by the name of Christian, so polite and helpful on the phone. I would definatley recommend this retailer.

        Awful service. I would never use this site again as very rude and it cost me 13 to return a pair of Dr martens that didn't fit. Not helpful and rude staff. Avoid like the plague.

        Sent me the wrong item and ignored all emails when asking for them to provide a returns label or to refund the postage I had to pay to return to wrong item. AVOID if you expect good customer service and the correct item to be provided.
