I purchased a TV box from their online store, once it had arrived it was quickly obvious it was not going to work. I made contact with Ackroyds who eventually agreed to a return which I done. The box was returned special delivery in good faith but the company then refused to respond keeping both the box and my money, do not purchase anything from this shop or online as you will loose out!
After several weeks Paypal got my money back from them thankfully
