Ordered a gaming pc, came promptly but case was damaged. Arranged a replacement and it was all done very promptly. Once I setup the replacement it only had 120gb ssd when I had bought 512gb ssd. Also the screen was damaged and not working. Offered a small refund but decided to send back and receive a full refund. Again it was promptly picked up. When I called to chase up the refund I was accused of removing the ssd and hardrive of which I laughingly denied the comical allegation. Seconds later the refund was issued. Personally I would not recommend buying from this outfit.
