Not happy with the service my husbands visa got rejected because nasmeen did not upload the documents correctly we have confirmed this by 3 other solicitors. Also they are not professional at all first they call us in to go forward with an appeal. At this point serish was handling the case. Serish told my parents to "pay and she will do the appeal when she gets time" my dad explained to her what is the point calling us when she wasn't gonna do the appeal today she said she has no time and my dad said in this time you could of put forward the appeal as she told us it will only take 10min to do. Very unprofessional. I don't recommend this service it's a time waste and your money will get wasted Very unprofessional anisa, nasmeen, and serish.

For me Proctor & Hobbs service was above excellence, huge thanks to Sabah Jabeen for all the help she gave us. Sabah is an amazing solicitor, knowledgeable, very professional, helpful and friendly. I am absolutely delighted with the result and would highly recommend her.
